Returns

Returns are welcome for a full refund considering the Roxsta Clothing Terms and Conditions. *excludes pre orders. We ask that all elligible returns are received within a 90 day period from time of purchase.

*Refunds will not be available for change of mind on Pre Order Items. Pre Order items are clearly labelled at the time of purchase in the item description. We do not hide the fact that these covers are not in stock and are made and shipped after being ordered. 

We know it can be hard to find the right fit and online shopping can sometimes be challenging. If you trust Roxsta with your purchase we invite you to send back any items you may not require or do not suit.

If you would like to return your items please contact us via email at info@roxsta.au.

A full refund will be offered considering your item(s) are in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained and the item has not been redueced to a sale or clearance item.

In the instance an item has been reduced to a sale item, the full purchase price will be  offered as a credit only if the return is outside of a two week period from the time of purchase.

Please allow a 7 day processing time for returns.
